Our Philosophy about Church Management Software Solutions

Historically, Church Management Software (ChMS) has functioned as little more than an electronic file cabinet. Data was input and retrieved by a handful of people with the training required to operate the system.
To support a growing dynamic church, modern Church Management Software must support the church's primary function - caring for God's people. The church software should be easy to learn and use, and accessible anytime, anywhere to all of the church’s staff members.
Enterprise-level Church Software should not only assist the local church with its administrative needs, but more importantly, should help the church to accomplish its primary objectives:
- Caring for people, helping to enhance their walk with God and helping them live more functional Christian lives
- Managing the talents and resources that God has provided to them
- Growing God's Kingdom by closing the back door
These objectives can also be characterized by the following terms:
- Love - Effectively caring for people
- Stewardship - Efficiently managing resources
- Evangelism - Enabling real growth by closing the back and side doors
Too often the church software does not provide adequate support in these areas. A church needs to spend its resources on systems that help to accomplish its goals:
- Focus on the needs of the congregation
- Eliminate manual processes that provide no additional value
- Empower its congregation to perform certain functions via the Internet
- Engage with its congregation so that they can become closer to God and more "full-time followers of Christ."
